To me, a person is a whole, multifaceted being, not a single label, but a collection of roles, experiences, and strengths. That’s why I don’t see someone as “an addict,” “anxious,” “anorexic,” or “autistic.” Instead, I see a person living with addiction, with anxiety, with an eating disorder, with autism. Because we are all so much more than any one part of our story,  and each of us deserves to live with joy, purpose, and wholeness.
